While
the most common worldwide approach to image making is the desire
of keeping memories alive, photography has always played the role of helping
our memory to visualize what has passed.
In this manner photography is an extension to our minds rather to our eyes, although
in this case it covers both areas.
Photos
or images of houses where I have lived they can satisfy both, me and the
spectators. Me, because they help me to remember and the spectators because
they fulfil the curiosity of people passing the road or neighbours watching
from their windows.
What
is inside?
I hope that as the eye moves around the rooms and the objects of the house,
a consistent feeling of an absolute absence producing. I am not inside.
All photos have been taken with the camera of my mobile phone Nokia 3110.
